The most of products are in stock.We can send the goods out within 4 days after payment received.For the goods are out ofstock,production time is about 7-10 days.

>3.If the goods are damaged badly,who is responsible for it?
We will be responsible for the damaged goods when it is damaged during transport,and we can exchange the new goods for you.

OEM and ODM products is available for customer,as long as customer meet the MOQ.Also we have engineers for logo and products design for customers.
>5.What about delivery time?
Samples and small order within 5 working days;bulk order delivery kindly check with seller.
>6.What about MOQ?
For pos system,we can accept sample order firstly,so there is not limit for MOQ.For label paper/receipt paper ect.

>8.What warranty and after-sale service do you offer?
Each pos system will have one year (12 months) warranty. Free components will be offered for repair in warranty period,if the issue caused by non-artificial damages.
