Q3:Can i customized logo on the product?
A:Yes for bulk order we can do it for you,just send us the logo file then we can do logo on the product.
Q4:What's the warranty for the model?
A:We have one year warranty for each model,during this time,if any consumable parts damaged,like printer,motherboard,memory and hard disk,we can send free spare parts for repair,and provide technicial video for fix,you can connect with me and give me call anytime to talk.Pls don't worry we do 100% after sales services.

The most of products are in stock.We can send the goods out within 4 days after payment received.For the goods are out of stock,production time is about 7-10 days.

Yes we do.We are offering PDA data collector,barcode scanner,label printer and label rewinder,Handheld Android POS,Mobile Printer and so on.
>3.If the goods are damaged badly,who is responsible for it?
We will be responsible for the damaged goods when it is damaged during transport,and we can exchange the new goods for you.
>4.Can you make OEM or ODM for products?
OEM and ODM products is available for customer,as long as customer meet the MOQ.Also we have engineers for logo and products design for customers.
>5.What about delivery time?
Samples and small order within 5 working days;bulk order delivery kindly check with seller.
>6.What about MOQ?
For pos system,we can accept sample order firstly,so there is not limit for MOQ.For label paper/receipt paper ect.
>7.Besides the English language,do your handheld POS support other languages?what operation system they backup?
Yes,our handheld POS not only supports English language,but also Russian,Spanish,Portuguese ect.48 different languages
available,and it backups IOS,Android,Windows,Linux,Opos,ESC/POS operation systems.
>8.What warranty and after-sale service do you offer?
Each pos system will have one year (12 months) warranty. Free components will be offered for repair in warranty period,if the issue caused by non-artificial damages
