1, Q : What is your product warranty ?
    A:  all of our pos product are 1 year / 12months warranty , and we support free components  and technology problem assistance online and at site within warranty , after the warranty , we also support to sell original components  at cheap price , and we also support technology assistance both online and at site .
 
2, Q: What is your OEM & ODM Service ?
    A: We are factory, we provide OEM and ODM service for quantity order. 
We provide OEM service free when order quantity fit our MOQ.  and provide OEM service at cheap cost when order quantity less than our MOQ.
 
3. Q:  Do you have items in Stock?
    A: We are factory,Mostly we make customized order per clients specific requirements. 
For normal requirements of sample order ,we have spare parts stock ,and we can ship  goods with 2-3 days after payment .  
For normal requirements of quantity order, we can ship goods with 5-7 days . 
For special OEM /ODM order, it will depends on clients special specific requirements. 
 
4 , Q : What is your payments ?
     A : for sample order , our payment is full TT in advance . 
       For quantity order , our payment is  50% TT in advance , and balance 50% TT before shipment . 
       For long-time relationship partner 's quantity order , our payment is 50% TT in advance , and balance 50% L/C per bill of loading . 
 
5. Q: What is your delivery mode ?
    A: for small order and sample order , we can delivery goods per DHL/UPS /special express  .
    For quantity order , we can delivery goods by air or by sea . the delivery mode depends on your order volume .
